Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna (AB-PMJAY)

Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana is a national public health insurance scheme of the Government of India that aims to provide free access to health

insurance coverage for low income earners in the country. It provides coverage up to 5 lakh rupees per family per year.

Dr. Ambedkar Medical Aid Scheme

This fund is provided by the Dr. Ambedkar Foundation.

Eligibility criteria -

This fund is for SC-ST category patients. Application process monitored by the Medical Social workers.

Chief Minister medical assistance fund

This fund is provided by Bihar govt. for the patients who are suffering from cancer.

Eligibility criteria -

Should be a resident of Bihar. No one should be in Government job from their family.

• Cost- certificate

• Application form/Recommendation letter of MLA

ImPaCCT

The eligibility for this fund will be determined by the Medical social worker, based on socio-economic evaluation and previous expenses incurred by patient.

This fund is only for the patients who are less than 18 years of age.

Prime Minister National Relief Fund

This fund is provided by the Prime Minister Relief Fund.

Eligibility criteria -

Should be a resident of India. No one should be in Government job from their family.

Women & Child fund

The eligibility for this fund will be determined by the Medical social worker, based on socio-economic evaluation and previous expenses incurred by patient. This fund is only for needy women & children patients with curative intent.

ZAKAT
